Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped via USPS within 7-10 business days of the date of purchase. Please note we are unable to make changes to your order or shipping address once an order has been received. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE? Please be aware that our items often sell out quickly☺ Go ahead and place a new order for the correct size of the same exact item and send the incorrect size back for a refund, please make a note on your packing slip with the new order number. Exchanges are also accepted if you happen to order the wrong size. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original product back, plus the additional shipping charge of sending the new size to you.
SIMPLE RETURN: Returns are accepted for all unworn, unwashed goods and may be returned for a full STORE CREDIT of actual product purchase price as long as the tags are attached. This does not include shipping. We MUST receive your merchandise within 15 days from the date your order was placed. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the refund does not include the cost of originally shipping the order to you. Items also may exchanged at the Minnesota Made studio. Exchanges will not be excepted at store locations.
MADE-TO-ORDER: Returns/exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order items.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Upon receipt please inspect your order. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact Minnesota Made within 24 hours of receipt. Please send an email to at email@example.com. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for more than 3 days. Shipping will not be refunded.
Please mail any defective merchandise to Minnesota Made 203 5th St. N, Bayport MN, 55003. We recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking for your package, as we can not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Please ensure that packages do not require signature for delivery when sending defective merchandise.
Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.
